The mausoleum is located in Eskeldy village of Bayanaul district of Pavlodar region.Mashkhur-Zhusip Kopeyuli (1858-1931) - a great thinker, folklorist, ethnographer, historian, philosopher, a famous figure of Kazakh culture and literature. Mashkhur-Zhussup is not only fluent in Arabic and Persian, but also a multi-lingual scholar. From the age of seven he began to collect samples of folk literature. From the age of fifteen he began to pursue a career in poetry. When Musa Shormanuli visited the village, he was impressed by the art of the little boy. The poet said to the boy's father: “Sufi, put an owl on your child's hat from now on. Let there be no foreign language! This is a boy who will be famous in his time!”- he said. Then the name “Mashkhur” was added to the name “Joseph”. According to eyewitnesses, the poet had clairvoyant and priestly qualities.Inside the mausoleum there are two rooms in the canonical Muslim style: a gurkhana and a cemetery. The doors to this room are lined with verses from the Koran. Even the entrance to the gold-plated mazar is a work of art (the author is the famous Kazakh jeweler Krym Altynbekov, who reconstructed the Golden Man). It is decorated with the strongest and most artistic paintings. The two domes of the mausoleum are covered with gold, and 99 names of God is inscribed on it.
