FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your answer? Message us on WeChat or WhatsApp.

Which documents should I prepare before leaving China?

Usually you'll need your passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate and education documents. We'll tell you in advance which documents need notarization and an apostille — it's much easier to get these done in China before you leave.

My name is written differently in Chinese across my documents. What should I do?

This happens a lot. When translating, we make sure your name is spelled the same way in every document, and we also cross-check dates, addresses, seals and stamps.

How much do your services cost?

The price depends on the type of document, its length and the procedure required. We'll quote an exact price once we've seen your documents; the state duty and notary fees are listed separately.

Do you issue the "Ata Zholy" card or grant citizenship?

No. The final decision is made by the competent government authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We help you prepare your documents correctly, completely and in line with the requirements.

Do you also work with companies?

Yes. Besides individuals, we work with entrepreneurs and companies: we translate founding and commercial documents, help register companies and provide interpreting support in negotiations between Kazakh and Chinese partners.
