He is a person who skillfully combines civic pride and delicate lyricism in his work, a philosopher, a man who has become a golden bridge between the Western mentality and the established religious principles of the East. He first studied at a local madrassa, then at a madrassa in Ufa, where he reportedly continued his education in Istanbul.Gumar Karash was the first Kazakh member of the Spiritual Council of Muslims of the Eastern part of the Russian Empire. Gumar Karash, a supporter of the Alash party and the government, was strongly opposed to the violent overthrow of the existing structure in society. In this regard, he published a collection of poems "Citizens of Alash", "What am I afraid of", "The sun was born". However, he soon became involved in the struggle against the Sovietization of the village. Gumar Karash is a representative of the Jadid movement, who opened the Tlenshisai Jadid school in Kaztalovka district. He advocated the introduction of modern advanced processes - economic and cultural-educational mechanisms, the development of national culture.
