Uki Bi is a prominent figure in the socio-political life of the Younger Zhuz, an active participant in the affairs of the country, whose name is marked in the archives of that time. His activity dates back to the time of the famous Syrym batyr and developed in connection with the complex historical events of the reign of Aishuak, Zhantore, Shergazy, Bokei khans, Karatay, Orman, Aryngazy sultans. In other words, the tension in the Junior Zhuz at that time was reflected in the events and sought to restore relations within the country. Owl dance serves the people in the political context of the time.It is said that no one stopped at the words of Uki bi, who was famous in his time as the Junior Zhuz. Local historian Zh. Abylpeisov: “He was a big man holding two people on his shoulder.The Cossack-Russians, who did not allow the Kazakh name to enter the Zhayk, were afraid of the Uki Bi and could not abuse the country around them”. According to folklore, after the death of Syrym in Khiva in 1802, Uki Bi was one of the famous figures of the Junior Zhuz who went to inquire about the value of the hero. The embassy headed by Eskara Batyr, the son of the famous Daukara Batyr under the motto of the Baibakty clan, included 7-8 people from Alteke: Kozhamsugir Uki bi, Alasha Baramyk Oshyrty bi, Issyk Karatau bi, Berish Bodene, Baibakty Kushpen Tailak batyr. Each of them was a prominent citizen of the Junior Zhuz at that time, who could answer to the fate of one tribe.Uki Bi mausoleum is located in Kyzylzhar aul of Bazartobe district of Akzhayik district.
