One of the oldest Orthodox churches in the beginning. The church was built of crushed stone and burnt brick in 1799 with the help of local residents. During construction, a special mixture of egg white and alabaster was used. A magnificent architectural building with a large and a small church tower. Bells of various shapes hung on the four sides of the big tower. On the north side - the largest bell, cast in 1678, on the east - 2 bells, on the west - 8 small bells. The second tower is lower than the first and is located in the eastern part of the church. The roof was covered with tin and shone like new. ” In 1938 the church was closed and turned into a granary. In 1991, the church was partially renovated and reopened.
