Haknazar's mausoleum is located 6 km south of Suzak aul, Suzak district, South Kazakhstan region. The monument, which is up to 12 meters high, was erected in 2012.Haqnazar Khan is the fourth greatest khan of the Kazakh khans in 1538-1580. After the accession of Kassym Khan's son Haknazar Khan to the throne, he worked hard to strengthen and consolidate the power of the khanate government. He reunited the Kazakh Khanate, which was divided during the reigns of his predecessors Takhir Khan and Buidash Khan. He strengthened the Kazakh-Kyrgyz union, and even in the historical records of that time Haknazar Khan was called “the king of the Kazakhs and Kyrgyz”. He sought to establish allied relations with the Shaibani dynasty in Mawarannahr. With the mediation of the Kazakh Khanate, Moscow established ties with the Uzbek Khanates in Turkestan. In his relations with Russia, Haknazar Khan followed in the footsteps of his father Kasym.
