Okshi Ata is a monument of the Oguz period, a sacred mausoleum on the head of the hero. Okshi Ata is a saint from the Syr region. His real name is Ibrahim, Okshi is the name given by the people. He was awarded the title of sniper. According to the legend, when shooting with wheat, it hits the chest. Okshi Ata was orphaned at a young age and became a representative of a paralytic and an old woman. One day he asked his adoptive parents to greet Hodja Ahmed Yassavi and return. At that time, Akmeshit khan, in addition to collecting taxes from the country, in turn demanded that everyone bring a girl. His parents said to our grandfather Okshy: - What will happen to us if your sister is taken away by the khan when you leave? - says. The man said calmly, “Just shout my name three times, and I'll be right there”. By the way, one day the khans and nobles came to the settlement where Oksha Ata lived. At that moment, when his father shouted his name three times, the khan fell on the horse and fell to the ground.
