Ismail Ata architectural complex of XI-XV centuries is located in Turbat aul of Kazygurt district of South Kazakhstan region.Ishmael Ata, who was born and raised there in the XIII century, continued the religious teachings of Hodja Ahmed Yassawi, guided the people to goodness, religion and faith, and later glorified the name of Ibrahim Ata's son Turbat. His descendants, who continued the teachings of the fathers, formed a special chain of religious teachings from father to son and became a very influential group. He was very active in the spread of Islam in the world, and for several centuries in Maurenahr and Turkestan, Khorasan and India, the mausoleum was first built in the XI century. In the XIV century, during the Timurid dynasty, the mausoleum was rebuilt and turned into an architectural complex. According to ancient sources, the mausoleum on the head of Ismail Ata was built by Amir Temir.Next to it is the mausoleum of Gabriel.The mausoleum of Ismail-ata is covered with two domes. It is located on the octagonal walls of the outer dome, and the outer dome is hexagonal at the bottom, and cylindrical at the bottom.Near the Ismail Ata architectural complex there is a mausoleum of his son Isaac Ata (X-XI). The architectural complex consists of several mausoleums, such as the mausoleum of Ismail Ata, the mausoleum of Gabriel Ata, the mausoleum of Koshkar Ata and a medieval mosque, a mausoleum of Sufi healers, a gate.
